At Dhaanmani, we take immense pride in the purity and quality of our artisan products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our oils, spices, and ayurvedic remedies, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons other than product damage or manufacturing defects.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare instance that your harvest reaches you in a damaged condition, we offer a hassle-free replacement or refund. Please follow these protocols:
- Initiate a report within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
- Ensure the original packaging is retained for inspection.
3. Refund Processing
Once your claim is validated by our quality assurance team, refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment gateway (Razorpay/Google Pay/Card). Please note that bank processing times may vary.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Variation in aroma, color, or texture (Natural products vary by season).
- Product storage issues at the customer's end.
- Address errors provided during procurement.
